Return & Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day return policy — you have 7 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Returns or refunds are accepted only when:

  • The product arrives damaged
  • The product is defective
  • The product is damaged during transit
  • We send an incorrect product or design

Please contact us with your order receipt or proof of purchase, along with clear photo and video evidence of the issue.

⚠️ Claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.

Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it and contact us immediately if there is an issue.

Size Issues

Returns are not accepted for size issues.

A size chart is provided on the product page. Please check it carefully before placing your order.

Prepaid Orders

Once a prepaid order has been confirmed and payment processed, cancellations or modifications are not permitted.

Production & Shipping

Orders enter production immediately after confirmation. Once production has started or the product has been shipped, refunds are not allowed.

Order Refusal

If a customer refuses delivery, a refund will not be issued.

Shipments returned due to customer refusal will incur a 100% restocking fee.

How to Request a Return

Please provide your proof of purchase and unboxing video evidence.

If your return is accepted, we will send a return shipping label with instructions.

⚠️ Do not send any item back without requesting a return first. Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Refund

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may take some time to process and post the refund.

Chargebacks

Unauthorized chargebacks will be contested using order documentation and this Return & Refund Policy as evidence.

By placing an order with VMAA, customers agree to these terms and are encouraged to review all order details carefully before completing their purchase.
